Parish Visitation

» On the weekend of 22-23 October Fr Abbot made a visitation of our parish of St. Anne in Ormskirk (Lancashire). As well as celebrating the vigil and morning Masses for the Sunday, he met many of the parishioners in the parish's pastoral centre and met with the parish pastoral council. He also  visited some of the sick and housebound parishioners and celebrated the sacraments of the sick and reconciliation with them.  The picture below shows him putting several stitches into the “Life in Abundance” quilt worked by some parishioners.
