» Our internet provider recently advised that our website hosting would be moved to another company. Annoyingly, due to its outdated records we were not advised of the timing of the change, which was actually yesterday, resulting in a 6-week old version of the website replacing the updated one. That has been fixed now, so our apologies to anyone who visited here last night or this morning and felt they had gone back in time.

» Also yesterday, a number of historians, monks, nuns and interested friends arrived for the English Benedictine Congregation’s History Symposium, an annual event which Douai is hosting this year. Some attending have come from as far away as Rome.
