As you will have noticed by now, the Douai Abbey website has a new look. The changes are not for only aesthetic reasons. It is hoped that the website will be a little easier to update and will display more effectively on mobile devices like smartphones and tablets/iPads. If you should happen to be viewing our site on a mobile device and find something is not working, please email Fr Hugh so that he can try to fix the problem.

One of the changes is that the former Douai Diary section is now in blog format, which allows for easier updating and for the use of tags and categories for posts. This means that in future it will be possible to search for past posts according to its content, or to display all the updates in a particular category.
