The road works


With the building development going on, it has been necessary for reasons of safety to realign the road junction.
March 14 New road signs have been set up.

The name 'Upper Woolhampton' has appeared on signs for the first time. 'New road layout' signs have also been set up.Notice the junction sign for the entrance to the former school.
The footpaths have now been covered with tarmac.

March 6 The road surface has been finished and marked.

The new layout and priority can be seen clearly, all traffic coming past the abbey must now stop at the junction. The new entrance to the school site.
