An Ecumenical, One Year, Introductory Course

September 2010 to July 2011

The aim of this course is to increase the skill and confidence of those who find they are already being turned to by others for help on their spiritual journey. It does not lead to formal accreditation but participants with aptitude are encourged to practise, to continue honing skills and to use supervision to support their work.

The course aims to

• Explore the relationship of spiritual direction in the light of our own life experience and of the experience of being alongside others.
• Explore Christian understanding of personal growth and fulfillment.
• Relate this experienc to the Christian tradition of spiritual direction.

DATES: Mondays 10.30 a.m. – 4.00 p.m.
Sept 27, Oct 4, 18, Nov 1, 8, 15, 22, Dec 6, Jan 17, 24, 31, Feb 7, 28, Mar 7, 14, 21, 28, May 9, 16, June 6, 13, 20, 27, July 4.

STAFF, Alison Hassall, Anthony Lury & Ali Marshall are all experienced spiritual directors.
COST: £600 - £700 depending on numbers.
