left Looking west, from the edge of the meadow, towards the 1918 building, which is now used as workshops. It was orginally built in 1918 as a power station when we made our own electricity, and since being connected to the National Grid, has been used for a variety of purposes. Many of the trees were cut down when the monastery was built 1964-66.

right Looking south from the same spot. The builidng in the distance was the school swimming bath. The field on the left is now the monastery garden, some of the little trees on the edge of the field still stand as do the large trees and the hedge on the right.
