» The stonemason, Ross, has successfully finished repairing the pillars in the abbey church, though the work made a great deal of mess as the stone which had to be removed took quite some cutting. So today the community brought forward the next scheduled church clean and battled the dust to restore some decorum. The new stone now in place is still damp but, even so, the improvement is obvious.
